The first 30 days were challenging and rewarding at the same time. Coach Paris required accountability from me and herself.
It wasn’t an irritating presence but a necessary presence. That accountability is what I needed to go to the next level.
I would only recommend her to someone looking for real results through nutrition, accountability, and if you’re truly tired of not seeing results.

Before, magnifitcentfitness I was inconsistent with working out. My eating habits were not good, and trying to workout on my own was not working for me, I realized I needed accountability.
Since I started working out with my coach, I have been challenged beyond what I actually that I could do. I feel better mentally, my body feels stronger and I feel more confident. I never in a million years, thought I would enjoy working out and going to the gym. I highly recommend Paris as a personal trainer and accountability person. While training with Paris she was non judgmental and always patient. I always felt comfortable around her. She inspired and encouraged me to reach my goals by consistently checking in with me when we didn’t train together, she shared her meals with me and I did the same. She stayed on my shoulder as my encouragement person. When I was nervous to try a new exercise she would tell me I could do it and I believed her and always surprised myself and did it! Over the course of 9 months I lost 65 lbs working with Paris! She’s an amazing coach and I found her!
